It has been scientifically proven that music can be of help in the medical field: patients benefits from the sound waves in every ward \u2013 from neonatology to resuscitation and critical care, from ICU to retirement homes for elderly \u2013 the positive effects are numerous on the body. From this, the decision was made that Harol, medical devices manufacturing company, to sponsor the Harp Therapy project with the musician Eleonora Perolini at Sesto San Giovanni hospital. With her instrument, the musician hosts sessions in hospital\u2019s environments, with the intent of improving the well-being of those who, in that moment, live in a state of suffering.\u00a0 \u201cWe were very touched by Eleonora\u2019s professionalism and unselfishness: music benefits on patients are big, to improve the quality of life of those who suffer is our goal\u201d<\/p>\n

Harol\u2019s mission is that of give patients affected by respiratory conditions important benefits. In the 90s, San Donato Milanese company introduced the helmet for non-invasive ventilation, which became, over the years, a functional instrument for the treatment of acute respiratory failure. Harol constantly develops new methods to improve the usage of the device, with the recent addition of the inflatable pillow that improves the helmet\u2019s performance and subsequentially of the patient\u2019s therapy. The non-invasive ventilation helmet is an instrument easy to use and effective, that be used to replace the mask which, in longer periods of usage, causes skin rashes on patients and has a minor therapeutic effect. The helmet allows to extend the therapy timeframe up to 4 times the one allowed by the mask, with relevant benefits of patient\u2019s health. Harol, born in 1979, is today led by Cristina and Massimo Callegher, administrators of the company. Harol\u2019s is a job in close contact with operators in the field: from hospital\u2019s administrations to doctors, going through specialized nurses. Patients are the final users of devices made by Harol, a company that is constantly researching better solutions for their health.<\/p>\n
